• We do not offer refunds or replacements under any circumstances, including minor variations in color, print placement, or handmade texture.
• Please ensure all product details, specifications, and measurements are reviewed before placing an order.
• Orders once confirmed and processed cannot be canceled.

We request customers to shop mindfully and reach out to us with any questions before purchasing.

5. Shipping

We aim to dispatch orders within 3–5 working days. However, shipping timelines may vary based on product availability and courier conditions. You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

Shipping charges, if any, will be mentioned at checkout.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

While we do not offer returns or replacements, if you receive a damaged item or an incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing video and photos for verification.
