1. No Refunds or Cancellations

All sales are final.

• Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
• We do not offer refunds for change of mind, wrong selection, or delays caused by external courier partners.

2. No Returns or Exchanges

Due to the handmade and delicate nature of our products:

• We do not accept returns or offer exchanges under any circumstances.
• Slight variations in color, pattern, or finish are expected and are a hallmark of handcrafted goods—not defects.

Please review product descriptions, dimensions, and images carefully before placing your order.

3. Damaged or Wrong Item Received

While we thoroughly inspect all items before shipping, if you receive:

• A damaged product, or
• An item that does not match your order,

you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• A clear unboxing video, showing the package from the moment it is opened
• Photographs of the issue
• Your order number and contact details

We will review the case and respond with the next steps. Please note: Any claims without an unboxing video will not be eligible for review.

4. Custom Orders

Custom-made or personalized items are non-refundable and non-returnable under all conditions.
